While the Firm handles matters on a traditional hourly fee basis, we distinguish ourselves by actively seeking contingency fee, reverse contingency fee, and blended or hybrid fee arrangements. Ideally, our compensation is tied to the objective value our clients receive, not to how much time we bill or how long a dispute drags on.

Because our interests are directly aligned with those of our clients, we bring a special devotion to the legal matters we undertake. Many of our clients retain traditional law firms for various legal matters, but retain Shore Chan Bragalone DePumpo LLP for their most important cases and negotiations. When it really counts, they would rather pay for results.
