Winston Huff ‘s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation in the electrical, mechanical, software and biomedical fields. Additionally, Mr. Huff has a broad range of transactional intellectual property experience, including prosecuting patents in the electrical and mechanical arts and preparing opinions of counsel.
