Patrick Traister’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and licensing in the United States and internationally. Mr. Traister has handled patent infringement cases involving semiconductors, electrical devices, business methods, and chemical technologies. He has also managed patent infringement litigation in the People’s Republic of China.
In addition to litigation, Mr. Traister has experience prosecuting patents, preparing and defending ex parte and inter partes patent reexaminations, prosecuting trademarks, and managing foreign intellectual property prosecution.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Traister worked for Intel Corp., Advanced Micro Devices, and Duke Energy in semiconductors and natural gas processing.
