Mr. Wei’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, in federal and state courts, of a wide variety of intellectual property, business torts, and contract matter. Dr. Wei has technical experience in computer systems, internet applications, data networking and telecommunications. He also has experience in prosecuting patents. Dr. Wei is fluent in Chinese and English, and has published peer reviewed papers in both English and Chinese. Dr. Wei is a former faculty member at Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science and former Senior Engineer with Alcatel-Lucent.
